The stainless steel sharpening steel corrects micro-bends in the knife&#8217s cutting edge in order to realign the edge between uses and obtain a clean cut with each use. With medium-fine surface, it is perfect for quick everyday sharpening of your kitchen knives. The rod is slightly magnetic and binds metal dust. The stainless steel with 65 HRC hardnessis highly wear-resistant.

Care instructions:
Only sharpen clean knives. Wash the steel after a couple of uses under running warm water with mild detergent and a cloth. Using the dishwasher is not recommended as it may affect the anti-corrosion coating.
