Imperia Pastamachine red 15cm

The Imperia Italian pasta machine is made with heavy duty stainless steel and includes a duo-cutter to make three varieties of pasta: lasagne, fettuccini and tagliatelle. An adjustment dial allows the pasta to be produced in up to six thicknesses. The machine also features a detachable wooden handle for easy storage and a tabletop screw clamp fitting for added stability and control when in use.
For making different types of pasta like spaghetti, papardelle or capelli simply replace the standard duo-cutter by the appropriate cutter attachment. These can be purchased separately.
The Imperia manual pasta machine can be equipped with an electric machine head (to be purchased separately) to produce large quantities of pasta without effort. Mounting is easy and doesn&#8217t require any tools.
