With its 3 interchangeable blades in different thicknesses (1 mm, 2 mm and 3.5 mm), the slicer combines three functions in a single device. Depending on the blade attachment, it cuts either thin or thicker slices of different vegetables for preparing many creative dishes like vegetable carpaccio, homemade chips, antipasti, grilled vegetables or vegetable lasagna. It is suitable for processing a variety of vegetables such as zucchini, eggplant, carrots, squash, radish, red cabbage and much more. The blades are made of hardened stainless steel and stay permanently sharp.
