An elegantly designed ceramic bowl with a high gloss glazed exterior and an unglazed, ridged interior. A wooden pestle is provided to handle the grinding and a small, stiff brush is included to aid the removal of the ground seeds, herbs, spices or nuts. The mortar is dishwasher safe and the whole product is covered by a manufacturers 2 year guarantee.
