Strong and stable cheese knife with a broad blade (35mm) especially designed for cutting through hard cheeses such as medium mature Gouda, Provolone, Gruyère or similar. The surface of the hollow blade has two drop-shaped indents to prevent soft and hard cheeses from sticking to the blade. The edge of the opening has been polished by hand to make it extemely smooth, ensuring a clean cut with a nice straight edge. The thinly ground concave serration slices the cheese very easily, allowing to cut straight down, gently but firmly. The high-angled position of the handle leaves plenty of space for your hands when cutting.
